2011 IMGA Annual Meeting Recap
The
IMGA Annual Meeting held in Springfield, IL was a
success once again this year! Members enjoyed great food and informative
sessions from Atmos Energy Marketing, LLC, Natural Gas
Supply Association and the American Public Gas Association.

The day
started with a hearty breakfast buffet sponsored by BP
Canada, which was followed by the IMGA Business Meeting.
Among other business, the 2011/2012 Officers were selected.
Officers will be:

Following the business meeting, Posey Saenz and Rob Ellis from
Atmos Energy Marketing, LLC gave an update on the forces
driving natural gas prices. Their presentation was followed by
Jennifer Fordham of the Natural Gas Supply Association
providing an
update on shale supply. After
Jennifer's presentation, members
enjoyed a delicious Prime Rib and Shrimp buffet sponsored
by Panhandle Eastern Pipeline.

After
lunch, Dave Schryver of the American Public Gas Association
presented an update on the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform Act
and its impact on our members. At the conclusion of the day,
IMGA General Manager, Heather Viele, gave away the door prizes donated by the
